As our new Head of Sales  (m/f) you will lead all sales activities for the segment Service Station International (SSI) on a global basis and will ensure that the goals and priorities of this Diebold Nixdorf (DN) segment are achieved.

You will also lead the global Sales Team (Account Managers and Sales Experts) with the following responsibilities:

  • Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the leadership team
  • Identifying valuable emerging markets
  • Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows and expositions
  • Maximising the SSI segment profit
  • Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace as well as forming sales strategies to keep DN competitive and innovative


  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher education in a technical or operational economic field
  • You convince us with your strong industry know-how and your leadership experiences
  • You rely on your experiences and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Your organization and time management skills are as brilliant as your communications skills and ability to explain processes clearly
  • Fluent English and German are necessary and other language skills highly valued
  • Last but not least you always have the willingness to go the extra mile to win the deal and to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
